Simple pricing
No monthly fee sitting there through your off-season. You pay per stay — and a stay only counts when a guest actually uses the trip site.
A typical home with ~25 stays a year lands around $300 all-in — about one night's rate. We set every founding home up personally, so places are limited.
Fair questions
Just your listing link — reviews are public, so we never need your Airbnb login or password. Plus anything you've already written: check-in email, house guide, restaurant tips. It all goes in, in your words.
The welcome message is a normal saved message that you write and Airbnb sends — the same way hosts share check-in guides today. No tool ever touches your account or messages on your behalf.
We keep only what a stay needs — first names, dates, party size — to assemble the trip site, and each stay's page expires after checkout. Your guest list is never sold or shared.
